Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEn Terre is a new project from Terravista Vineyards, allowing the owners to expand beyond their original portfolio. This traditional method fizz blends 69% pinot noir and 31% chardonnay, from En Terre Vineyard in Naramata plus Kaleden's Ercego Vineyard. The juice was fermented and rested for three months before heading to bottle and 16 months in triage. This was disgorged May 2024 with zero dosage. Brisk and brusque with crunchy apple, pear blossom, and cider notes, with assertive bubbles finishing with a snap.
