Wild fermentation occurs in stainless tanks of various sizes designed to match the capacity of each vineyard block. The nose is an attractive mix of white fruits and herbaceous, dried, scrubby elements. It is a lively, fresh, fun white wine on the palate that pitches citrus and lime with some sweeter mango that give it a medium rich style. The finish is a mix of everything before, with a touch of water helping it to flow easily.
