Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Muscat family consists of over 200 varieties, with the Ottonel being a particularly floral option. Winemaker Kathy Malone takes a hands off approach throughout much of the process, resulting in a consistently charming product that stands out as one of the best Muscats in North America. The wine undergoes a long, slow fermentation in stainless steel, which produces a stylish floral profile with hints of orange and spice, along with a subtle mid-palate weight that pairs well with richer foods.
