Garnet Valley, Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThere's a surprising amount of colour to this rosé, with just three hours on skins translating to medium fluorescent pink, perhaps reflective of the low-yielding 2023 vintage (2 tons per acre in this case). It's very much an archetypal pinot noir rosé, with bright red cherry, strawberry, and watermelon, leading to a bone-dry, zesty palate with a concentrated, creamy texture.
