Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom a single vineyard on Naramata Bench, this was whole bunch pressed, racked off lees, and fermented slowly in stainless over 7 weeks. It then rested 4 months (92% stainless, 8% barrique) until bottling. Racy and zippy with grapefruit, passionfruit, and tangerine, this punchy and pithy sauvy streaks across the palate, finishing with a dusting of white pepper.
