CedarCreek Platinum Naramata Bench Pinot Noir Rosé 2023

Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Naramata Bench appellation sits on the narrow eastern side of Okanagan in a wild terroir that gets warm afternoon sunshine tempered by a daily lake breeze. The soils are ancient lake bed soils, and this pinot noir rosé is grown specifically from two distinct organically certified blocks, fermented in concrete to focus on its minerality and nuances. The nose and attack pitches bright raspberry and citrus that is crunchy and crisp, snapping off a clean finish. This is an Aspect Member Exclusive, so you must join the club to get access. This pinot noir is fermented in concrete fermenters for thirty days before aging for three months on its lees. The residual sugar is a modest 6.9 g/L, set off by a total acidity of 0.7.Tasted: 17 August 2024Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
