It was fermented dry in stainless steel, then moved to a pressurized Charmat tank for secondary fermentation and a final 8 g/L residual sugar, at or about the threshold most consumers detect sweetness. The style, however, is super crisp and fresh, with a mix of fruity aromas and flavours led by gooseberry, white pear, and fresh melon, streaked with a touch of orange and tangerine citrus.
