This latest iteration of a truly Wine Islands wine blends ortega, schönburger, pinot gris, and bacchus from various vineyards on Vancouver Island. It was fermented in stainless to dryness, then moved in the charmat tank for secondary ferment and an RS left at 8 g/L. Crisp and bright with gooseberry, white melon, and crunchy Asian pear along a snappy, brief palate that finishes with a tangerine twist.
