Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRebecca is the fifth wine of the Sister Series, named after the owner of the Three Sisters winery, Rebecca. The 2019 traditional method sparkling wine is 90% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir. Now almost five years old, it shows many tertiary characteristics, including almonds and brioche undercurrents pulling at the lemon and apple that have led the way for the last few years. Perfect now, especially for those who like a little complexity and age in sparkling wine.
