Spearhead Club Consensus Pinot Noir 2022

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMade from fruit sourced in Summerland and East Kelowna, this wine is a mix of Dijon clones 115, 667, 828, plus Pommard clones. After a 5-to-7-day cold soak, fermentation is carried out by ambient yeast. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, 25% of which are new, for 13 months. The winery’s wine club members curated the blending of this pinot. It shows a high intensity of ripe red berries blended with oak spices and earthy forest floor scents. Rather round and supple, it is drinking beautifully now, offering immediate pleasure with its charming aromas and juicy fruit.Tasted: 22 July 2024Tasted by: Prices:
