Kaleden, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's PG comes off Belich Vineyard, in Kaleden. It was whole bunch pressed and fermented long and cool in stainless, with 17% moving into seasoned puncheons. All spent 5 more months on lees before blending and bottling. Ripe orchard fruit is brightened with crunchy Asian pear, and lined with a fine bed of lees, finishing with a buzzy spice.
