Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Lillooet Dry Creek Vineyard, this was partial whole cluster press, with the remaining half destemmed and crushed after 4 hours skin contact. All was native fermented in 225 and 400L French oak, where it remained aging for 9 months (23% new). Ripe and near tropical, with fragrant white peach, pear, cream, and subtle toasted wood. The silken palate carries this to a gently spiced finish.
