Burrowing Owl Rosé 2023

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis pale rosé is made from cabernet franc grown in both Oliver and Osoyoos, on BOV estate vineyards. The fruit is picked separately and gets an overnight’s worth of skin colour, resulting in its stylish pink-gold colour. Post ferment in stainless steel, it spends three months on lees before bottling. This is a big step up for this wine and a delight to sip. The palate is an enticing mix of red fruits, a touch of pepper, and a slick, smooth, almost creamy palate that slides down easily. Ready to drink with smoked salmon and cream cheese for starters.Tasted: 08 July 2024Tasted by: Prices:
