Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis aromatic white blend uses estate and sourced fruit in its pinot gris, gewürztraminer, viognier mix. Each had a short amount of skin time before fermenting in stainless. Post ferment, the blend was made just prior to bottling. Quite fragrant up front, with a mix of jasmine, honeysuckle, and ripe pear that funnels into the snappy, glycerol-lined palate, finishing with a dusting of ginger spice.
