Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIt’s impressive to see the quality of this medium pink rosé sourced from the King Family vineyard, located just north of Munson Mountain on the Naramata Bench. It’s a 50/50 mix of merlot and cabernet sauvignon fermented wild in concrete and stainless steel, resting on its lees until bottling. Bright, fresh, and creamy all at once, it explores the cooler apple and strawberry zone, flecked with rhubarb and sagebrush. The blend allows this pink to take on a dinner menu if necessary.
