Garnet Valley, Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis new Lightning Rock Riesling comes from Garnet Valley's Tony's Vineyard and its gravelly sandy loams. After a whole cluster press, it was native fermented in stainless (10% in neutral foudre) for six months. Finished off-dry, with 20 g/L RS to counter the racy acidity, it leaps across the palate with pulpy lime, juicy tangerine, fleshy ripe pear, and pithy grapefruit, finishing snappy and bright.
