Free Form Riesling 2022
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their organic Garnet Valley Ranch, this riesling was planted in 2015. After a whole bunch press and native ferment in concrete egg, this remained in situ until bottling. Lime blossoms, pithy white grapefruit, and steely green apple rule the dry, slight (11%), and sleek frame, finishing with a raspy crushed stone bite.
