Canter Rosé 2023
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCanter is a relatively new label founded by three families and named for their shared love of horses. The winery is part of the District Wine Village. The ’23 is almost all cabernet franc and is whole bunch pressed, with a portion getting some skin contact before being bled off into the mix. Eventually, it is fermented to nearly dry, pitching easy sipping wild raspberries and watermelon with a pinch of spice.
