Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileFrom Chile's Casablanca Valley, this organic sauvignon blanc was harvested at night, and straight to press where it sat for 24 hours on skins before racking and fermentation in stainless. Crisp and shining, with grapefruit, green apple, subtle papaya, and ample lime pith on a crunchy palate, lined with a very fine slick of lees to balance.
