Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Oliver estate, Boulder Vineyard, this deeply hued pink is their inaugural cabernet franc rosé. The grapes were cold soaked up to 48 hours before pressing and a cold fermentation in stainless, where they rested three months on lees.
