At 540 metres, and in a cool year, they have yielded a taut, razor-like riesling that overdelivers. First established in 1847, the vines can tell stories few others have experienced. This stainless steel riesling is the perfect mix of green apples, lemongrass, and lime juice with a squeeze of salinity and stony minerality. It is bone dry and intense, and there isn’t any food you can think of that will not work here.
