Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIt’s rinse and release for this south Okanagan pink farmed to be rosé, to get that juicy acidity and freshness that is key to a lively but balanced wine. It is hand-sorted and whole-cluster-pressed with a short skin contact time. The pale Provençal pink is a winner from front to back, pitching mouthwatering ruby red grapefruit mixed with a whisper of wild strawberries. Just about anything that says summer works here.
