Alsace, FranceThis orange of Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris comes from 40 year old vines rooted in their biodynamic Bennwihr estate. This was native fermented in stainless, where it rested on lees for one year until bottling with light filtration and a minimum of sulphur. Pouring a hazy apricot hue, this dry orange is stencilled with apricot skin, tangerine pith, and lime peel, all tight and taut with a bracing acidity, and finishing with a saline, bergamot twist.
