Sicily, ItalyFrom Sicily's sandy soils, this nero d'avola was cold macerated for 12 hours before gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless, where it remained for approximately 5 months. Cool, clipped strawberry, melon rests on a lactic bed, finishing with a sour note.
