Stellenbosch, Coastal Region, South AfricaThis chenin comes from Western Cape's Breede River and Coastal regions, and an obvious mix of soils (alluvial and decomposed granite ruling) and training (including bush vines). This was cool fermented and aged in stainless on lees for 3 months, prior to bottling. Cool, green edged lemon, verbena sail along the sleek palate, with crunchy green apple, thistle, and subtle guava on the snappy finish.
