It was native fermented in stainless, with 1 month of skin maceration, and it remains in stainless until light filtration and bottling. Lifted and edgy with pithy tangerine and pink grapefruit, this cuts a svelte line through river stones, apricot, and peach fuzz, finishing with a limey twist.
