Western Cape, South AfricaFrom various sites around the Western Cape, this blend of 80% chenin blanc and 20% viognier was fermented and rested briefly in stainless. Perfumed pear, yellow apple is kissed with jasmine spicing and white honey, finishing with a bitter citrus twist.
