Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's Field White blends 71% riesling, 19% gewürztraminer, and 10% pinot blanc from their Summerland Bench estate vineyard. This was partial native ferment, then whole cluster pressed, and aged 4 months on lees in stainless. Gooseberry, ripe pear, red apple, and white blossoms is kissed with ginger, and lime, and finishes with a citrus twist.
