Coastal Region, South AfricaI have a soft spot for super pale rosés because, in general, they never overwhelm you with any aspect of the wine. In this case, the fruity, medium-dry palate perfectly syncs with its fruit and acidity. It's not complex, but it is a delicious drink. Pink pinotage can be far more interesting than its big brother red. Look for red berries mixed into a creamy texture.
