Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Heritage Gris is made from Naramata fruit grown at Umoya and Davies Vineyards and aged sur lie in 265L Tokaj barrels (34% new) for six months with bâtonnage. It opens with a beautiful hint of copper that sets the stage for an intense floral nose full of orange blossoms and orchard fruit. The palate is awash in exotic tropical mango, oranges, and pineapple, with a dusting of spice and delicacy that feeds through the whole wine.
