The style is light and effervescent, with aromas of red berries and fresh-cut red apples. It is an inviting, lively wine with a bump of residual sugar to counter the acidity, making it very easy to sip. We enjoyed this fun, well made, refreshing everyday bubble with savoury appetizers, salmon mousse, and creamy cheeses.
