Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaEnrico made a credible port-style fortified wine using the property's signature cabernet foch grapes, grown on their Vancouver Island estate in the Cowichan Valley. After fortifying the wine, it has been tempered over time by the warm, sometimes hot Cowichan Valley sunshine. Look for an authentic ruby port nose, spicy honey, and fig, and rich, sweet, warm black fruit with a touch of oxidation.
