Cotes de Bordeaux, Cotes de Bordeaux, Bordeaux, FranceThis biodynamic Bordeaux blanc blends 45% each Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, and 10% Colombard from their clay / limestone soiled estate in Cars, near the Gironde River. This was native fermented in new oak (40%) and concrete. Crisp lemon, crunchy green apple, and Asian pear glide along the medium palate, with shining acidity tempered with an alluring sémillon waxiness.
