Conviviale Pinot Grigio 2022

Veneto, ItalyConviviale Pinot Grigio is made by the folks at Araldica, a third generation, family operated artisanal co-operative based in Piedmont, Italy. Convivale is part of the Boutinout collection, so that you can expect another level of care and intensity. The grapes are grown in the Veneto region of northern Italy. The winemaking is standard for Veneto whites: post-fermentation, the wine is aged 3 to 6 months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The nose and palate are stuffed with green fruits, bright acidity, and a crisp, dry palate with spice, melon, pears, and slightly bitter, nutty notes in the back end. The match is steamed shellfish or perhaps a favourite sushi roll or two.Tasted: 05 March 2024Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
