Domaine de Paris has a classic pale Provençal colour from a blend of 40/30/20/10 grenache/syrah/cinsault/carignan that previews a fragrant, delicate, floral, red-fruited rosé that is true to the Provençal style. The plate is a rush of wild strawberries, tart raspberries and a dusting of white flowers. Drink anytime, anywhere. A perfect sushi wine it is equally at home with grilled white fish.
