Karp-Schreiber My Karp Off-Dry Riesling 2022
Mosel, Germany2022 was challenging in the Mosel, with intense heat and very little rain until September, but the Karp family has been farming grapes and making wine there for 359 years and is well-versed in survival. There is a touch less acidity this year but more flavours led by sweet lime, red apples, and honeysuckle with a mostly elegant Mosel ending. My mind wanders to spicy tuna sushi rolls or Indian/Thai curries. A fun wine that delivers for its price.
