Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom the flat, northerly section of Wismer-Foxcroft Vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench, this shows a beautifully defined nose of honeyed pear, preserved lemon, chamomile, and subtle spice. There's a real tension to the palate, with a precise, linear texture that's backed by impressive fruit concentration and a pithy, sapid finish.
