Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaLike Bai Xu, this comes from old vines planted in the Four Mile Creek sub-region of Niagara-on-the-Lake. This block was planted two years later than Bai Xu, in 1983, and comes across more restrained in style, with a distinctive combination of clementine, lemon, and minty herbs. I'm just looking for more depth on the palate, which is perhaps reflective of the challenging 2021 vintage, as this finishes a touch short and thin.
