Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaOne of a series of terroir-specific chardonnays Thomas Bachelder released from 2021, this organic Lincoln Lakeshore chardy was planted in 2000 and rooted in sandy clays. Like all of his chardonnays, this was native fermented, and rested 20 months in neutral Burgundian barrels. Highly perfumed with white peach, pear, and lemon over a lees bed of wet stones, finishing with a lemony snap.
