Keremeos, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their certified organic La Côte Vineyard, this was whole cluster pressed and fermented in older French puncheons, with no MLF. It was aged on lees for 8 months, with sporadic bâtonnage. Ripe and creamy with pear, lemon curd, and green apple, all scented with scrubby sage.
