Lombardy, ItalyNature is produced only with zero dosage. The 70/30 chardonnay / pinot nero mix is grown organically, fermented in stainless steel and aged six months deep in oak before referring to a bottle and resting for 60 months. Post dosage, it gets another 6 months of aging before release. The style is naked and pure, with intense lemon notes that keep giving throughout a long, persistent, tight bead, mineral finish.
