Lombardy, ItalyThe ’61 Extra Brut is a 75/25 mix of chardonnay and pinot noir, aged 24 months and finished with a modest 5g/L of sugar at dosage. The emphasis here is on elegance and refinement with subtle fruit characters of litchi, pears and citrus with streaks of orange. The textures are creamy, with a subtle scent of croissants and hazelnuts in the finish. Classic Franciacorta.
