La Morra, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyThis cuvée comes from a cru in the shelter of a hollow of calcareous clays at 270m, between the hills of San Martino and Cerequio-Brunate, looking S/SW out over the Torriglione hamlet. This was fermented on skins in concrete over 3 weeks before moving to larger untested French and Austrian oak casks for 18 months.
