Wolf Blass Yellow Label Chardonnay 2021

Padthaway, South Australia, AustraliaWhat can you say about Wolf Blass Yellow Label Chardonnay? It’s been around forever but has changed its colour over the years literally and figuratively. I can say it's not your parent's chardonnay, but a much fresher, brighter, lighter version with much less oak. Expect a refreshingly light green apple affair with a touch of tangerine and stony, mineral fruit. Simple, dry, and ready to drink. Fish or chicken burgers come to mind.Tasted: 31 October 2023Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
