Wild Goose Riesling 2022
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2022 Riesling comes from two longtime growers, as well as some 35 year old estate vines. The grapes were pressed into stainless, fermented, and aged for 6 months. Bitter and sweet, with lime, grapefruit, and orange sherbet at the fore, and some pithy citrus notes on the brief mid and closing out the snappy finish.
