Soave, Verona, Veneto, ItalyThe Tamellini family has been cultivating vineyards for 4 generations, but it was only in 1998 that brothers Gaetano and Pio Francesco decided to found their winery. This Garganega came from calcareous soils and was the whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless, where it remained for four months until bottling. Soft white peach, pear blossom, and ripe gooseberry work through the slight palate, finishing with a pucker of salinity.
