Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIt's Nice is a skin contact blend of sauvignon blanc, muscat and chardonnay from Kaleden and Oliver, macerated on skins for up to 6 days and then pressed into barrel where it remained until bottling, unfined and unfiltered. Singing brightly, with tangerine, kefir lime, and apricot fuzz strung taut along the palate, finishing with an ale-like bitterness and fine spicing.
