All were native fermented in stainless, with Nero and Mataro getting 50% whole bunch and 24-hour skin contact, giving this a deep ruby grapefruit hue. The tart citrus carries along the sleek, dryish palate with wild strawberry, white cherry, and crunchy plum, finishing with black tea tannins, pink peppercorn spiciness, and a cranberry twist.
