One Faith Vineyards Fizz Rosé 2022
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe One Faith pink is a 92/8 mix of pinot blanc and cabernet franc made in the frizzante style and finished essentially bone dry. The nose is a clean affair of green apple streaked with orange. The palate is a touch foamy but helped by its frizzante lean and tart palate, with cleansing notes of citrus and pears with a subtle hint of piecrust. This needs food but would be a fine match with anything deep fried or oily.
