The grapes were primarily whole-bunch pressed with some crushing for structure and aging took place in stainless steel tanks on the lees, for eight to twelve months. Lemongrass, thistle, white grapefruit, and perfumed pear blossoms rule the sleek palate, with a cushy, earthy lees bed to cushion, a twist of fresh mint to season, and a present buzzy undercurrent for interest.
